May I brag???
Our beautiful granddaughter Erin, most of you know, is at New England Culinary Institute in VT. Here is her latest creation for her cake class: The theme is SUMMER ----

what a great cake! love all of the sea creatures she created (fondant?) top and sides - how could you eat a work of art like this??? (well, I guess we'd get over it after the first bite!!)
