ODBD Challenge

My PaperDoll friend, Mary Marsh is the hostess for the SNTODB16 challenge this week.

Mary was kind enough to send me an image so I could join in. The challenge was to use a bird in a season, and since the thistle is blooming, I think it's Autumn. I painted the bird in female finch colors, as if Fall was beginning.

This is Sam's vacation time at Grammy and Grampy's .... a few days before school starts.

She had wonderful luck, or maybe it isn't luck but talent, at doing the Technique Lover's Challenge at SCS. (Mine is in the trash!)
