Vicky, our February hostess, challenged us to make Punch Art - 3 or more punches to create something (no dies, just punches).
I cased a card I found online, using the bird punch from SU, and two heart punches.
The flower is sponged with lavender and celery, and the petals are curled with my bone folder. I added green glass micro beads to the center.
I did use an embossing folder after two of the layers were put together, and decided not to tempt FATE by adding a sentiment.

pretty card Anne
This is beautiful, Anne! Good job with those punches; very clever!
Great job with those punches. I like the embossing on two of your layers -- it sets off the center, focal layer.
My goodness, I can't even spot the bird punch in there! It's so dainty and delicate, Anne, and brings back memories of nibbling the sour sorrel stems when we were children. Even now, when I see it in the woods!
Thank you (both) for the lovely happy mail :D.
I've been there more than once with forgetting a sentiment before embossing. In fact, on my card today I had no choice since the embossed background was out of the scrap pile, but it's certainly not my first choice of "fun things to try", LOL.
A lovely St. Pats card Anne! wonderful embossing and flower!
