CCEE1320 What Does It Mean?

 Our Hostess, Shirley, challenged us to "Let it all hang out or over".  There was a bit of discussion between members of the team as to what exactly that meant.  I have to tell you truthfully, this is not the first card I have made for this challenge.  When I found this image, I just had to discard the other one I had made.

I think you can see for yourself how I thought this little "old" lady really fit what Shirley had in mind.  Enough said.
