My snowman is cuttlebug embossed, with punching all the way around, and sponging in pale blue. The scallop at the bottom is one of my favorites from EKSuccess, highlighted with little pearls
The pale blue organdy ribbon has a tiny flower with a pearl in the center.

I love that big scallop punch - Charlene often uses it and I always admire it. The clean, wintery look of your card is fab. Unfortunately it's what we have here - I'm putting off getting out of my warm, toasty bed!
