Here are my samples for the Blog Hop, using the Tweet Blessings images...........


The first is made using the Split Negative technique, and of course, my favorite colors!! I t was SO hard NOT to make that bird RED, but as you can see, I got enough RED Surrounding him!!





















The second card is a different image, and contains my favorite colors again, with the addition of the sky done with a cloud template, which I dearly love using!! Capped it off with a wonderful OLD button. I hope you like my samples for the Blog Hop! Please join us tomorrow for Day 2!

The Split Negative technique is what I learned in a class the very first time I made a card. I marvel now that I went on from there to become a cardmaking addict, since that technique was (and is)not at all easy.

I love the way you put the bird house on a post so it isn't dangling in mid air. And of course red, black and white ....always a winning combination.
