Thistle and Plaid

For the clean and simple challenge at SCS today, there was a sketch. I'm sure you are shocked to see I used purple, when the sketch showed RED, but I guess this is just a purple kind of day. I am doing odd things this morning so I won't think about the dentist appointment I have later. Not just a checkup...I think I am due for a crown or two (to go with DH's he's getting next week!). Aren't we glad we saved our $ !!! NOT! Have a great day......I'd rather have a sharp stick in my eye than go to the dentist, but that's life!!

Oooo, is this a beauty!!! As you know, purple is my favorite color, so this regally beautiful card is on my fave list! However, I have noticed that I use red a lot in my cards, too.....hmmmm...
Don't you worry about that dental appt. Dental services are so much better with today's technological advances. You definitely don't want that stick in your eye, girl. LOL!

gorgeous card. love that flower and you definitely know how to work purple!

believe me, the dentist is by far better than a stick in the eye!

This is such a beautiful card, Anne...the image is gorgeous and I love how you added the plaid paper and the scalloped edge!!! I always used to say that I would rather have a baby than go to the dentist but now I think I'll take the stick in the eye!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems as though we have mutual friends so I thought I would follow on over here. Love this card just as much here as I did at SCS.
