Classy Cards n Such is a new site for me. They have a challenge every week, and this was the first time I entered.........and WON! I need to thank my friend, Shirley, for passing along the information.
Here's the card I made for their LETTER IT challenge, a shaker card. I laid the card down to take the photo, so all the beads wouldn't be in the bottom.
Thanks for looking, and you can visit them HERE for this coming week's challenge.

CCEE1505 Bleached Out Images
For her last week as hostess, Vicky has chosen to challenge us to make a card using the Bleached Out Image tutorial, found here:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/bleached_out_images/
I really love the way this looks. The bg is embossed with a Spellbinders rose folder. I used layered nesties to support my panel with a stamp from Walmart, embossed in white, bleached, and painted. I hope you like it too.

Crazy Like a Fox
Yesterday we spent a few hours with Julia (artystamper) and Kent, who invited us and two other couples for a birthday celebration. I'm not saying how old Kent is, but he's younger than we are. After drinks, appetizers (YUM!), salad, soup, and sandwiches, we had birthday PIE (pecan, my fav), and the men were excused while the women crafted.
Julia got a new template and stamps, had everything all set up for us, and this is what we made. I normally don't post something I'm not proud of. Just look at this in terms of how cute it is, not how badly I put it together!
Thanks Julia (and Kent) for a fun time, and for a new crafting idea!!

CCEE1504 Silhouette Stamp
For her 4th challenge, Vicky has asked us to make a card using a silhouette stamp, and there must be a sentiment on the front.
This card is made in shades of purple, with a perfectly matched purple ribbon. I punched the corners with a corner rounder punch from CM. Simple. Please join us again this week.

May I Brag?
The DECA Convention was held today, and two of my grands went to compete. Erin is a senior and Tommy is a freshman at Wachusett High School. Here they are:
This was Tommy's first crack at being at DECA, but Erin had been last year, and received a Second Place.
Tommy did not place, but he will try again. Erin, however, won a FIRST!!!!!!!!! Here she is at home with her trophy:
Way to go Erin!!!! She will compete in Boston, and WHEN she wins there, it's off to the Nationals in Florida! WOW!

Christmas Eve Pageant
Our beautiful granddaughter, Erin, was Mary in the church Christmas Pageant. The wonderful baby in her arms is named Hannah. I thought you might enjoy seeing a couple of pictures.
I hope to soon put up pictures of Christmas Day when they come to me.

CCEE1450 - Starring Santa!
For our last challenge of the year (can ya believe it?), Lynn has challenged us to create a card starring the jolly guy himself, SANTA. I chose to make a card with a Vintage image, starring Santa, and a little angel. If you enlarge the picture by clicking on it, you can see how sweet she is.
Thanks for checking in with CCEE this year. Have a wonderful and safe holiday, and see you in 2015!

CCEE1449 Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe
For the month of December, we will only have two challenges. This month is busy enough!!
Our card today must be a Christmas card (how appropriate!), using this tie tac toe board---
Using all 3 items in any row: across, down, or diagonally. You may add additional items to your card if you like, but you must include the 3 in the row you have chosen.
I chose the very last row for my card, Pines, Glitter, and Animal.
Here it is:
Please join us this week and next, and be sure to link your card so we can enjoy it too!
