In 1995 Massachusetts Governor William Weld declared February 28 Floral Design Day to honor Carl Rittner, the founder of the Rittner School of Floral Design. Let's take this week in the dead opf winter to do some paper and ink floral designs.
Thanks Lynn for a fun month of challenges!

CCEE1606 Heart Shape Animals
From Lynn:
Way back when I was in grade school, every Valentine's Day my classmates and I had such fun creating Valentine Critters to decorate our Valentine boxes. The task for today is to create an animal of any kind on your card in which you use heart shapes for some of its body parts.
Using my owl punch and a heart punch, I made this Valentine Owl.

CCEE1605 Skating Snowman
Our new hostess for the month of February is Lynn McAuley. Her first challenge to us:
Many of us are having icy or snowy weather (or are dreaming that we do) now that February has arrived. My challenge to you is to create a project which features some activity unique to the cold months of Winter.
My snowman from Sassy Cheryl (via Vicky Gould....thanks!) is having the time of his life skating on the pond. Thank goodness he can do it. I am such a klutz that the few times I went skating were a disaster!!
