CCEE1843 True One Layer Only

For her last challenge, Joanne says,

"Many of you do fabulously wonderful fancy fold cards, which is not my thing.  So today I am going to challenge you to make a true one layer card...no layers, no pop-ups, no embellishments.  All work must be on the base layer.  Embossing is fine, of course.

    A wonderful one layer design, Anne! This is my go to style when I need a bunch of thank you cards!! A pretty stenciled background and black silhouette flowers and sentiment over it!!
