Our Hostess for July is Lois, who chose to have us make a card using Reverse Masking.
I used my CB to cut a flourish, then used it as a stencil with Mellow Moss ink. The little flowers are punches, filled in with pearls and liquid pearls. The sentiment is from MFP's Dogwood Blossoms.
Please join us, linking your card HERE, and come back again next time.
I love how you added the flowers to your beautiful card, Anne.
ReplyDeleteHope you're doing well and your arm/hand is not hurting too much! Mend quickly, my friend!
Love this Anne
ReplyDeleteThinking of you, Anne, hoping your recovery is going ok and you're not in too much pain. Although would pain be a distraction from the boredom/frustration of not being able to use your hand??
ReplyDeleteLove the way you used the negative die-cut for your reverse mask. Looking at all the other cards I think I way over-thought this challenge!!
When I first looked at your card, I didn't realize you had used the negative part of the die-cut as a stencil. What a great job of sponging you did on this. Lovely card, Anne. Hope you're healing well, my friend.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty with the flourish and sweet flowers, Anne. I bet you wish you were making cards today. Take care. Big Hugs.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I love how you added the flowers.
ReplyDeleteAnne, Beautiful and elegant card! Hope you are feeling better each day - hugs to you, Kathy.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, I like how you used the stencil and added pretty flowers to go with it.
ReplyDeleteI love this card....it's so simple and elegant. It makes me smile! :-)
