Halloween Color Block for Dawn

Dawn Mercedes is our new Queen this week, and the F4A was to color block using dp.  This was easy to combine!!  Dawn, enjoy your wearing of the tiara. 

I used Boo To You, a new set this month from Mark's Finest Papers.
