Vicky's challenge this week is to use the technique called "Delft Tile". You can find the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. This was fun, and to do a second time, I would do a better job, but I liked this card, nonetheless. Here it is:
I stamped Antique BG (SU) in brilliant blue after scoring the cardstock. The teapot is popped up.
I hope you will want to try this, and join us HERE to link your card.
See you again next week.
Great card, looks good done on the yellow card
ReplyDeleteYour tile goes perfectly with your tea design, Anne. Turned out perfectly beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, You did a great job with the tile. I love the blue.
ReplyDeleteThat flourish stamp makes an absolutely fabulous tiled background, Anne. You make me want to try this again - if only I had more time!
ReplyDeleteGood job with this, Anne. I like the flourishes all through your tiles. Your card looks like a trivet on which to put that tea pot.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Anne love the cream and blue together - perfect for a 'tea' card!
