This week Charlene chose a color challenge for us: Daffodil,
RED, Wasabi, and a neutral. I'll bet you figured out I used white!
I love this little image, but had an awful time putting this together. I couldn't seem to find the right bg for her. I tried a
RED heart, a scalloped circle, a variety of plain colors, and ended up with the white, which I think is fine. At least, that's where I ended up!

Well, you ended up "good". Love how you paper pieced her dress. Great paper and so perfect for this challenge.
ReplyDeleteLove her paper pieced dress, Anne. Very cute!
ReplyDeleteA great ending, Anne. :-) Your image is a cutie patootie. Seeing your green vine die cut reminds me I have that and need to USE it.
ReplyDeleteAnne,
ReplyDeleteThe darling little image looks so adorable with the white BG - it shows off her cute little outfit! Your card is so very cute!!
You did good by her, Anne....what a cutie!
ReplyDeleteSo so SWEET!~
ReplyDeleteI think the white oval is a perfect setting for her, Anne, and the bow frames her so well. That's a super punched border, too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little girl. I think your white oval works great behind her.
ReplyDeletefabulous use of the color combo...wonderful paper piecing...and your bkgd is perfect
